Use of Information

You agree not to use any information obtained from this website for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of First Basket Stats.

Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation

Day Pass: a one-time payment that gives 24 hours of access from the time of purchase. It does not renew.
Weekly, Monthly and Yearly plans: recurring subscriptions. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its period and charges that plan's price until you cancel.
Promotional prices: apply to the first period only. Renewals are charged at the plan's regular price.
How to cancel: go to Account, then Manage Billing. You can cancel at any time.
After you cancel: no further charges are made, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds: refunds are not issued for charges made before you cancel.
Payments: all payments are processed by Stripe. First Basket Stats never receives, sees or stores your payment details.

Changes to Terms

First Basket Stats reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide and be bound by them.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.
